You were given a receipt and warranty card with the product.

We can send your invoice to you at any time.

If you’ve lost your Montblanc, Greubel Forsey or Gilan warranty card, we can hand over the warranty card to you.

What do I need to do to activate my extended warranty?

For all new watches, a 2-year warranty is assigned to your watch at the time of purchase. To extend the warranty, you can find the steps for each brand below:

I want to buy a product but adding to bag option is not available for the product. What can I do?

If the purchase option is not available for a product, we’ll be happy to call you by phone, message on Whatsapp, video call with zoom or host you in our stores to inform you about the product.

Can you let me know how much my watch is worth?

We can learn the value of your watches from second hand experts for you, we will be happy to welcome you in our store. We would like to remind you that we currently do not buy or sell second hand watches.

Do you offer strap recommendations for my watch?

We can only offer straps in our stores. You can visit our store for special strap combinations for your watch or we can schedule a video meeting.

I want to adjust the size of my product, can you adjust size for watches or jewelry?

We're sorry we can not adjust the sizes of the watches. For jewelry size adjustment requests, please email us [email protected] or visit Arte Gioia stores.

How long does it take for the watch I purchased to arrive?

If the product you purchased is available in our stocks, we can deliver the product to you on the same day for Istanbul and within 3 to 5 business days for other cities.

If the product you are interested in is not in our stocks and it is specially ordered for you, please email [email protected] for the delivery date.

Where's my order?

Once your order ships, you should receive an email with tracking details from [email protected]. If you haven't received tracking, feel free to email us at [email protected] to make sure your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we only serve in Turkey. We are happy to welcome our international customers in our stores during your visits to Turkey.

Can I change, return or cancel my order?

All items in original, unworn condition may be changed within 15 days of store credit, or exchange. All products must be returned with all original packaging and paperwork. Please email [email protected] your change request. In the cities where our stores are located, you can also make your change transactions from our stores.

For the cancellation of your order, please email us at [email protected] or you can visit our boutiques.

In case of change or cancellation, your refund will be made within 3-5 days.

Can I update my shipping address?

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All creations are carefully gift-bowed and placed in their original brand package. You may include a personal message to your gift.

How do I care for my watches and jewelry?

You can access the product manuals from the manuals that came with your purchase or from the www.artegioia.com product pages. Each product and material has different maintenance needs. We are happy to welcome you in our stores for product care. You can find top tips for watch and jewelry care below;
Always store the watch/jewelry in its case or box.
We do not recommend attempting to clean watches / jewelry yourself; you may ask Arte Gioia stores.
If you must clean it, you can use a gentle dishwashing soap and lukewarm water, then pat dry.
Please note that any gemstone except diamond must not contact soap or water.
